Personally, I think the gym’s scale is skewed by me wearing heavier clothes the first time we weighed ourselves.

6:30am gym sessions..longest day ever. Class/break/class/work/class/work/dinner.
I told my bestie last night .. if I end up dying of CVD, diabetes, or some other lack-of-physical-activity-induced illness - I’m gonna flip.
7am Pilates. No classes. <3. 4:30pm Calling Program aka getting paid to chat with prospective Brescia Babes.

first world problems.
At least I woke up this morning, I’m healthy, I have a beautiful family and great friends, I have money, a job, means to get an education, more than enough food, and more opportunities than a good majority of the global population.
That’s all that really matters. Making each of those last and acting in a way that benefits someone else too.

I found something new. I’m ready to be happy again.
One month feels like a lifetime.
When the phone rang early this morning while I was still in bed, my first thought was that it was you. Always up early on weekends giving us a call.
When I listen to the last recording of your voice on the answering machine, the pain is still raw. The pain of you not being around. I can’t let myself grieve.
But being at home with the entire family...
